On Date ; December 10, 2007, Jeffrey Sachs said "A Big Economic Crisis is possible", "War is also possible" and will bring ugly futures. The Current Trends are more dangerous than you think, and solving the problems is possible.

And soon other countries will add to the list of fast Economic Growth.

That "Britain modernized the World" is Foolish Nonsense. Better to study the Fear that modernized Japan, because the Japanese did not want to be conquered. The Fear in Japan of being conquered by the West led to the Meiji Restoration in 1868.

Some Feudal Lords in Japan challenged the ruling Tokugawa Shogunate and restored the emperor to power. In late 1867, Emperor Meiji ascended the throne after Emperor Kōmei's death. This period also saw Japan change from being a feudal society to having a capitalist economy and left the Japanese with a lingering Western influence. Later Japan became an Imperial Power.

The Tokugawa Shogunate came to an official end on November 9, 1867, when the 15th Tokugawa Shogun "put his prerogatives at the Emperor's disposal" and then resigned his position 10 days later.

Japan invented "Technological catchup", later Korea, Taiwan, Malaysa, and later China with Teng Hsiao Ping, also India.

The Deep Forces of Globalization and the Economic Convergence of the World.

Backward Nations won't be so backward in the Future. The Gap between Rich and Poor Nations is narrowing. A big process of catching up.

Destabilizing Poor Nations with Military Interventions is not very smart.

By 2050 Europe will have a great proportion of Non European Races or Populations, because Europeans do not reproduce.
